We’ve been living here for well over 10 years maybe close to 15 . We love the area close to parks and close enough to just hop onto east bay and which switches to Roosevelt to get you Tampa pretty fast . It feels so comfy as our home . We’ve only have a couple issues here. And I see them improving the maintenance of the landscaping as well as a pool cleaner . So things looked to be improving . The Silver Palms Apartments are Wonderful! It’s a quiet community with lots of amenities and close proximity to the police department, which I think is a plus. I also love my apartment because it faces the swimming pool and the property itself is kept clean. There’s no trash anywhere or any lawns that are not cut; what can I say? I love living here and look forward to continue residency.
Take the chick's pots out of my windows. And the constant pot smell. The commercial vehicles that never work. Please
The Marijuana stench is out of control.. They stench of the sour water. It's not spring , can't open the door here. Pipe line broken. Anthony would of fixed it Fired him please. Ps the pots outside of my window, talk to lady upstairs. Using your sausage broken sprinkles outside of my window. Trying to enjoy fresh air, not here.
