This is a very quite community. All the neighbors are like family and the office staff are very professional and sweet. I love Silver Palms apartments. Everything is close for shopping, Walmart, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walgreens, Cvs, parks and recreation, etc also we have a pool….etc and Largo Police is very close to our neighborhood wich I love that five starts for Largo Police and for Silver Palms apartments.

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!! It might seem like a nice place to live at first... But once you live here for more than a year they treat you like you don't matter. Taylor has very bad communication skills and tells you they set up appointments and then the "appointments" she sets up never show up. My downstairs ceiling had a big bubble with water from the upstairs toilet maintenance came over drained it said they would be back and never came back to let me know anything and then my ceiling in the downstairs bathroom f... read more
Many issues from cockroaches to plumbing, fire in attic, no heating, people fist fighting outside all hours of day, been 3 years and still waiting for 30 days of peace, not sure why I stayed so long but I guess you can hope for the best but never get it, we have photos and videos of every incident and my roof falling in for a week and my kids living with it, ridiculous management, fire department even said they need help, we have called the city and county and they are investigating, save your money and go somewhere else,
