Incredibly unprofessional. They do not want to honor the packages they have on their website and get angry if you select one that they don't want to do even if you meet their minimums and while in the process of booking them/sending a deposit they will withdraw with no warning and no explanation. Absolutely ridiculous.
Katie was awesome to work with for our wedding dinner. She remained incredibly thorough start to finish and helped us create a customized menu we loved at a price point we desired. We had no doubts she would run a super organized kitchen on wedding day. The presentation and taste were amazing. Our guests loved it all.
Silver Palm catered a surprise birthday party for my husband. It was a relatively small affair but Katie and her staff really cared that everything was perfect for me. The food was plentiful, delicious and beautifully presented. I could not have asked for anything better! Thank you!
I am very pleased with Silver Palm. They catered my wedding and the full staff was so kind and helpful. Katie was always available to answer any questions. Guests loved the food, specifically the mac and cheese, veggies, and buffalo chicken dip!
Silver Palm backed out on my daughter’s wedding when we were finalizing the menu. Very unprofessional!
