I am very pleased with Silver Palm. They catered my wedding and the full staff was so kind and helpful. Katie was always available to answer any questions. Guests loved the food, specifically the mac and cheese, veggies, and buffalo chicken dip!
Silver Palm backed out on my daughter’s wedding when we were finalizing the menu. Very unprofessional!
We absolutely LOVED the food at our wedding! Beef tenderloin, chicken, potatoes, Mac and cheese, veggies, and apps were all fantastic - our guests raved about the food. The staff is great but communication during the planning process was challenging, it could be difficult to reach them. DELICIOUS food. And the team the day of was incredible. Good attitudes and on top of things from start to finish.The only thing wanting was quick communication during the planning process, but when you're as busy and booked as they are, it's understandable!
My husband and I sat down with Ian and Katie to discuss our concerns about the menu we were having for my daughter's wedding. We were reassured that the meat and fish would not be dried out. Unfortunately, the chicken parmesan was overcooked and dry. The fish was also overcooked. The shrimp and grits were tasteless and the shrimp were overcooked. On a positive note, the sushi was great and the vegetable dishes were delicious.
