Really upset with this clinic. I spoke with Elizabeth and booked an appointment for my husband who was referred to them in October. It’s now the end of February. We had an appointment booked and they never sent the link claiming my husband called and cancelled it. Completely false!! We are now waiting another week for him to be seen and he has been dealing with debilitating pain. I hope once he is seen that the service improves but so far…. Elizabeth has been rude, has lied and is unprofessional.
I had never heard about a pain clinic until I needed to go to one. I am grateful to Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Morgan for helping me find my way to function in everyday life with minimal pain. That statement alone saves so many of us from debilitating pain. It is not easy when your health is challenged but if you know that there is a place to REALLY take care of you, then the outlook is much more hopeful. Great Appreciation for this clinic! They are wonderful! My dad is able to walk because of the amazing care and treatment Dr Gonzales gives him. Incredible to see the difference his treatments make. So accurate and precise. Thank you Silver Pain Clinic for treating my dad so wonderfully. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My mother received pain treatment here, the specialist determined that she would require surgery and sent her a requisition to a back surgeon. We can't thank Silver Pain clinic enough for treating and diagnosing the cause of her back and leg pain. Today she is pain free and very active and we have Dr Duric to thank for her recovery.
These dirt bags told us they would cover us through OHIP, then stuck me with a $380 dollar charge as I was walking out the door. For what? An IV full of something. Saline maybe? Who knows?. No elimination of pain, other than the lack of transparency on their prices and their blatant greed . Did they also charge OHIP as well? I need to make some inquiries. STAY AWAY!!! Is my motto. If you go, BRING MONEY!!
