Silver Pacific Home Care & Staffing provides excellent and compassionate care! We contacted multiple caregiving agencies when we were looking for help in the home for my mom. Sharon was the first to respond and from the beginning I was so impressed. Sharon takes the time to meet with you one on one to really get to know the client and their needs. Silver-Pacific has been taking care of my Mom for the last month 13 hours per day every day. They have done much better than Serengetti-care in several respects: 1) daily texts/pictures of Mom; 2) fill medicine box weekly; 3) uses same 2 caregivers who Mom likes; 4) and are less costly than Serengetti.
