I was at my first visit Impressed with the staff. Bought a sliver necklace and had an earring made into a charm for it . The work done on it was Quality. The second visit I brought in a ring for their Gemologist too look at . I was told the charge was to be $20.00 for that service . Upon pick-up , The woman with the Coral string necklace -waited on me was very rude and charge me $22.65 . She said it was tax . The tax on $20.00 should have been $1.62 .
