I’ve lived here for 3 years & I think Ellen & Ziggy are really good people. I have medical issues & on top of Ellen helping me already, she said to me “if there’s anything you need, let me know” I was touched. There’s one thing though, Ziggy is a hard working man & I think he works to hard, so could you please get him some help even if it’s someone part time to help him, he is an outstanding person. We had a great experience from start to finish. Ellen was very welcoming and professional. Everything was explained and all questions were answered. Ellen has been nothing but supportive throughout the process. I am very excited to being this new chapter here at Silver Oaks!
Ellen was easy to work with and made my sister feel at home! She was very honest and supportive. I am excited for my sister to belong to this community! We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We also got to meet Ziggy who very polite and friendly!
