Evelyn is most amazing manager we have ever worked with. She will go to bat for whatever your request maybe. We highly recommend this place. The rates are very completive. Electric bills are not really bad at all. They have a new on site maintenance guy that is extremally knowledgeable and he gets to your request in a very timely manner. We really love living here. Great location and easy access to the freeways.
Great Service
The manager here is super rude ! Won’t answer your calls when you need to reach out to them. Kids can’t play here and the manager is super rude to the kids. So if you have kids , this is not the place for you. If you’re behind on rent, the manager is so rude to you and even keeps packages that get delivered to you . Moldy apartments. Just a horrible place to live in .
Great place to live. I would still be there if circumstances didn't change. Evelyn the manager is caring and great to work with. I highly recommend it here.
