I pay $2300 a month to live here and this is what I’m paying for??? I never know before I use a machine if it is gonna work or not. Today I walked in to the laundry room seeing the machines falling apart(shown in images). Half of the machines in the laundry room don’t even work and they never put a sign when it is out of order, so I am constantly wasting my money all the time and they make it difficult to get that money back because it is some third party company(why the hassle???).
