I have been a faithful customer for over two years. Last week was honestly my last straw. After constantly waiting 40+ minutes to be sat and helped everytime and the awful manicure I received on Friday will be my last time coming. She TORE up my cuticles to where i still have scabs/deep cuts a week later. She didn’t ask what shape I wanted and immediately started to file my round nails into awful almond shapes. The staff here really know how to make you feel comfortable. They take their time and the results are always beautiful. I got so many compliments on my nails. This is now my favorite nail spot.
