I received a gel manicure on 9/15 and my nails are looking really bad. On one finger the polished started coming off on Monday the 22nd, since that time many nails have come loose, from my the base, of my natural nail. I called and was told by a male that there was no guarantee on their work. I tip well and will not be returning.
Truly wish I could give zero stars. I recently moved into the area and was happy when I thought I found an affordable nail place but there’s a reason they’re so affordable and the reviews are trash. I asked if they could do a specific design and they said they could then once it was time to actually do the design, they straight up said sorry they actually don’t know how to do it. I have coming there for years. I would say over 15 years. And the service these past couple of years is not what it used to be. Last time I got my toenails done they put gel polish on my toenails, which I did not ask for, it was difficult to take off myself. When I call them the woman act like she couldn't understand English and was asking me to pay $10 to remove it. I figured out myself but will not go back there again.
