I have coming there for years. I would say over 15 years. And the service these past couple of years is not what it used to be. Last time I got my toenails done they put gel polish on my toenails, which I did not ask for, it was difficult to take off myself. When I call them the woman act like she couldn't understand English and was asking me to pay $10 to remove it. I figured out myself but will not go back there again. I am disappointed in the attitude and customer service I received. The lady doing my pedicure kept pressuring me to get additional services, to do gel and said things under her breath. When I asked her to say it again she said I didn't say anything.

I’m new to Maryland and this is the most raggedy shop I’ve been to in the 18 years I’ve got my nails done and I have traveled around the world! I got $30 a gel manicure 5 days ago and a whole hand was nail polish was peeling off. I went in and the lady told me I work to hard because I was in uniform (I’m military) I said ma’am I sit at a desk all day. She said well it’s when you type that’s how they chipped. They treated me like trash and are very racist. The man that took care of me didn’t know how to do French tips correctly, and he was very aggressive with my hands. To be specific he squeezed my hand, pulled, and he aggressively filed my nails. As he was doing his job he had an attitude towards me. I hope you guys can take this massage as an advice/warning when picking this nail place.
