Customer service is lacking to say the least! The owners and the establishment should not be in business! Extremely rude and condescending and the quality of nails are very poor!! Non receptive to clients concerns and extremely combative.
This is a family run business I have been coming to off and on since I was in high school, but I only ever got pedicures. I hadn't had a salon manicure in over 20 years when I got my first dip manicure at a different salon (not here) a month ago. They didn't do the coffin shaping correctly, but overall I was happy so I went back for my next set.
