Please do not waste your time here. After waiting in the lobby for approximately 15 minutes a staff member informed us that the wait would be twenty minutes. We decided to stay and we were taken back to sit in the pedicure chairs. We sat, we waited, we sat, we waited longer... all the while no one even turned on the foot spas. After waiting 45 minutes in the chairs we were told at 2:30 that someone had a 2:00 appointment and would need to go before us. Very very poor customer service. I will never go there again. This place deserves no stars!!!!!

I made the mistake of going to these people for almost 2 years. Their pedicures suck!! They purposely don't do a good job so that you come back to them for a repeat in a few weeks. I would always be mad after getting home after my pedicure to still have to get all of the hard spots off my feet. I would even tell them "make sure you get the hard spots on my heel this time" and of course they just looked at me and shook their head not knowing if they understood me or not.
