About two months living in here and it’s been great so far! They’ve added onsite security during the nighttime that you can call and let them know when something bad is going on. Our dryer that was part of the unit broke down and they basically completely replaced it with a new one since we were told this was a very old unit. Rent is somewhat affordable but they have the option of doing Flex Rent Only minor downside is that Central can be noisy but it’s only for a short time.
Really nice apartments and the pool is nice too. some residents are very rude for no reason and then there's the random, homeless people sneaking in constantly and making messes or just hanging out in the halls and stuff. the staff that works here have all been extremely rude or disrespectful for no reason to me on several occasions but it's pretty much every time I have to interact with them. 😕 but overall it is a nice place to live downtown.
I moved here in 2018 and the quality of life has gone downhill faster than an Olympic skier. It was owned by GSL when I moved in, but, was sold to a POS company called Guardian, earlier this year. They prided themselves on bringing after hours security to the property.. all of which, either quit or got fired, for various reasons. We've had NO security for a long time and have had to take blow after blow from apartments getting broken into to homeless breaking into the property and starting fires.
