I’ve been on BCHD since my initial lease signed in January of 2023 with SMLA, which have had numerous residential management companies that have been in “charge” since signing my first lease. I had one residential management company neglect to inform me that at the time of my last BCHD inspection in August of 2024, it needed to be aligned with their “recertification” process in order for me to keep my lease. The pool has been closed most of June and July and is currently an awful green color with no notice or communication about repairs or any updates...management has been on a downward trend ever since 2 years ago... Had to call Water Authority to get them to fix a substantial leak with the irrigation even though I notified management a month ago... they changed office managers again and left the new manager with little help through her transition... I actually feel bad for her as her superiors seem to be out of touch..
If I could give negative stars I would. The Silver Moon Lodge is terrible!!! DO NOT CONSIDER MOVING HERE!!!! Here are some reasons to deter you from moving in: * The doors sometimes do not lock letting dangerous individuals and drug users in at any time of the night. Homeless people sleep in the stairways and hallways (although they usually dont bother anybody) * On 7/22/2025 at 7:30pm the power went out throughout the whole 3rd floor.
