Silver Mist Gardens was paid $870 to install shrubs, Junipers and perennials to a newly $18,000 landscaped area that Silver Mist Landscape installed in mid August of 2025. Only 50% of the plants and shrubs they put in survived this Spring. Do not rent from them!!! I paid them $800 dollars for a security deposit and when I moved out they said that I didn’t and they said only paid $660 and also wouldn’t give me my money back after paying a cleaner to clean when I moved out either. They charged me a $100 dollars for “kicking in my front door”, in reality the doorknob broke from being cheap and rundown just like the whole property.
