I was in NYC for a wedding and had one free day before the two-day events. I was breaking out and desperately needed a facial, so I Googled and found this spa — and I’m so glad I did and that they had availability so last minute, website was so easy to navigate! I wanted to get rid of an under-the-surface pimple on my face. I confirmed multiple times that an extraction would be possible. I was told I needed to get a full facial to do this, which was whatever. They then failed to extract it, gave up, and then said that they put something on it that will get rid of it, "for sure", in 5 days. It has been 6 days and has not gone away. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Silver Mirror. During my recent facial, the aesthetician injected far too deeply, which left visible marks on my face. I went back the very next day because the redness wasn’t settling, and I was told it would clear in a week. It’s now been over a week, and instead of healing, I still have noticeable marks.
