When applying take head to the signs of a simple NO. I have applied at many properties. Got an approval or conditional approval in 48 hours or less. I applied here because I wanted to keep my kids in Pearland. I was mishandled and lied to for over a week with Allison getting my hopes up. I’m 83 yrs old and this apt took advantage of the elderly , we water bill was very high and most of the time they would shut are water down for no reason and never warned us it would be turned off, but are water bills were still high, a few tenants elderly people called pearland city water dept, they did not care, are bills got higher, Stewart and David in the office are crooks they told me see you in court, their sueing me and I paid my rent, David in the office a few days ago told ne see you in court and Stewart said I dam... read more
