Just moved here but so far I love it! It’s a quiet neighborhood. Everyone has been so nice and polite! The staff handles everything with care and precision.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came by to pick up an application for my grandma, and I honestly left feeling relieved. The apartment manager wasn’t just professional , she was warm, patient, and truly caring. She took the time to walk me through everything so I could explain it clearly to my grandma later. Finding the right place for a loved one can be stressful, but the way she treated us gave me such comfort and confidence that my grandma would be safe, respected, and cared for here. When applying take head to the signs of a simple NO. I have applied at many properties. Got an approval or conditional approval in 48 hours or less. I applied here because I wanted to keep my kids in Pearland. I was mishandled and lied to for over a week with Allison getting my hopes up. Being told my income wasn't enough for 2 bedroom apartment, needless to say I'm grossing over 6k a month. She couldn't even remember what I applied for. I’m 83 yrs old and this apt took advantage of the elderly , we water bill was very high and most of the time they would shut are water down for no reason and never warned us it would be turned off, but are water bills were still high, a few tenants elderly people called pearland city water dept, they did not care, are bills got higher, Stewart and David in the office are crooks they told me see you in court, their sueing me and I paid my rent, David in the office a few days ago told ne see you in court and Stewart said I dam... read more
