Well I found out these people been playing me. I've been trying to contact Claudia, left her several messages. Anyhow I've figured out through grapevine Claudia been posing as a floater named mara. I've had my caregiver now have u met Claudia im just curious what she look like older, younger ect. He described her to a T the woman mara or whatever you pronounce her name and he described her car . This is against the law. And unprofessional. Hiring caregivers at a starting wage of $14.50 an hour is not going to attract high-quality candidates. The reality is that $14 an hour isn’t a living wage, and the average starting pay for non-CNA caregivers is closer to $17. I can’t speak to the overall quality of the company, but hiring practices tend to reflect it.
I've been leaving messages and no one calls me back. Nevermind that I'm not expecting a caretaker, so I made plans but I had to break them because a caretaker that doesn't dust or cleans showers calls at 9:10 to say she will work 9-12 but shows up at 9:45 and still leaves at 12.
