If you have Presbyterian health plan, definitely give these guys a call. I was so worried we’d have some massive copay for home care, but they explained the benefits clearly and it was fully covered. The lady who helps my grandpa is always on time and really sweet. She even remembers how he likes his coffee, which sounds small but means the world to him. The office is easy to reach too—a real person actually answers the phone when you call, which honestly never happens.
My mom lives alone and was getting very isolated after my dad passed away. We hired an aide mostly for companionship, not just medical care. The lady they sent is perfect for her. They sit and talk for hours, play cards, and sometimes go for walks in the park. It’s not just a service; it feels like a real friendship. My mom’s mood has improved so much, and she actually has something to look forward to now. Thank you for bringing some joy back into her life.
We use Presbyterian insurance, and choosing Silver Lining was the best decision. They helped us navigate the insurance process so my dad could stay independent. His caregiver helps him with errands and medication reminders, which gives me peace of mind while I’m at work. The office is responsive, too—if I have a question, I actually get a real person on the phone. Great service.
Well after being with this company A few months I decided to remove old review and give them the review they deserve. Yes I've issue with most of the caregiver, but what makes this caregiving company the best I had. There not like the others. Where if you report the caregiver and say you dont want them coming back. Since I got involved with this company Anna said she had a permanent caregiver for me. She lied never did. Than she sent indica who has done nothing but caused me issues calling animal warfare, lying say im doing drugs, now Seth he was touching my boys, being disrespectful.
