Horrible Horrible! The front office is horrible Jennifer is rude condescending and will tell you that you are a nag in her ear and it will be a blessing to her if she never hears from you again. The only reason why we used them is because our ac went out and First American Home Warranty gave us their number. The actual workers are very nice and very apologetic after they heard how Jennifer talked and treated us. Terrible customer service misdiagnosed the issue with our AC, have had someone come out three times and our problem isn't fixed yet (after two whole weeks). We scheduled an appointment for Friday the fifth only to get a call several hours later telling us that, in fact, no one will be coming Friday morning as we originally agreed too. The lack of compassion and empathy is only trumped by their incompetence and lack of professionalism.
