Loved them at the beginning. Until I cancelled my 6 month membership.. but come to find out 2 years later they "never got my form to cancel" so for 2 years I've been charged monthly for a service I don't use due to moving. And In order to cancel I have to pay a 60 day cancellation fee. I've heard others with these issues here.
Only gave 1 star because I had to. This place only wants your money not your business. Their customer service is down right despicable. If it meant helping someone or just screwing them over and taking their money, they will choose the latter 100%. I do not recommend this salon.
