Radu is incredibly professional as is his team. Though his specialty is remediation, he also takes time to flag other issues in the home. My trust in Radu is so high that when we bought an older home in Hamilton, I asked him to do a walk through (after the home inspection) to make sure there weren't any moisture issues down the road. We will never use anyone else!
