I just spoke with Radu and he sounds amazing. So professional, genuine, and knowlegeable. He gave me a clear explanation about what we needed. As it turns out, we need something else than what he offers b/c we just have snow on the roof, not an ice dam. If we ever need the services he does provide, however, he will be our first contact. Radu is incredibly professional as is his team. Though his specialty is remediation, he also takes time to flag other issues in the home. My trust in Radu is so high that when we bought an older home in Hamilton, I asked him to do a walk through (after the home inspection) to make sure there weren't any moisture issues down the road. We will never use anyone else!
