We used Silver Lining Restoration for mould remediation in our attic. Discovering mould can be stressful, but their thorough inspection and clear communication immediately put our minds at ease. They completed the remediation promptly and professionally, while also addressing the underlying causes to help prevent future issues. We had an excellent experience with Silver Lining Restoration and would highly recommend them.

When I was selling my home, my buyers found mold in the attic, and the company they brought in to assess gave them a ridiculously expensive quote. Due to that company taking advantage of the situation they backed out of the sale. I started to research mold remediators and came across Radu, whose reviews consistently discussed honesty and quality work, and that was exactly my experience. Radu showed up to my place the same day I called and was honest and professional with his assessment. Radu and his team were extremely effic... read more

Radu at Silver Lining saved the day! After an unfortunate dishwasher issue, our hardwood flooring was buckling from the water damage. Not only did Radu come out to inspect the issue within a few hours of being contacted, but he was very professional and walked us through the options available to us and what remedial treatment he could do to help us. We took immediate action to start drying the floors out. He came back to inspect the progress and After 5 days of the floor drying mats and dehumidifier working, we agreed that t... read more

Highly Recommend Radu and his team! I cannot recommend Radu and the team at SilverLining Remediation highly enough! I recently had an issue in my attic, and Radu managed to come over that exact same day to assess the situation and assure me it would be taken care of. When it came time to do the work, he and his crew got the job done quickly and efficiently. Throughout the entire process, they were completely professional, courteous, and very fair. The left the property clean and used carpet runners to avoid any mess. What re... read more

Highly Recommended! We have used Silver Lining Restoration for several years and cannot recommend Radu and his team enough. They helped us during an emergency when we noticed water damage on our dining room ceiling. Radu quickly identified a pinhole leak from the upstairs bathroom, repaired it immediately, and set up drying equipment to prevent further damage. He also helped and guide us through the insurance claim process, which took away so much stress. Since then, they have helped us with other home improvements. Over the... read more
