I searched and searched and searched around the greater Orlando area to find good care and after many failed attempts, I found what I believe is the best treatment available in Orlando. The staff is always helpful. All my concerns are always addressed. I have been helped immensely.
If you value your mental health and your time, do yourself a favor and find another practice. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any healthcare provider. Dr. Sherin Parvez is a clear example that an MD alone does not equate to clinical competence. Her lack of professionalism and interpersonal skills makes her unfit to manage patients’ mental health or medications. Read the reviews from all their locations, Dr. Sherin Parvez is consistently the problem.

I find very unprofessional when mental health providers dont take the time to communicate with patients. In my case my appointment got canceled at last minute, with no explanation. I asked the person who called and she said Dr. Sherin PARVEZ was canceling and was not able to see me as patient. But no information was provided to my request.
