I’ve been seeing Dr. Parvez and his team for my psychiatric care for around nine months. With every appointment they treated me with the same level of care and professionalism as always. If you value your mental health and your time, do yourself a favor and find another practice. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any healthcare provider. Dr. Sherin Parvez is a clear example that an MD alone does not equate to clinical competence. Her lack of professionalism and interpersonal skills makes her unfit to manage patients’ mental health or medications. Read the reviews from all their locations, Dr. Sherin Parvez is consistently the problem.

Absolutely amazing care, compassion and complete understanding for the entire person. Every time I’ve been seen all of my concerns are 100% addressed. The entire staff a care process has helped me out immeasurably.

I really like that the appointments with this office are virtual, which affords me more flexibility and saves me time (from driving, etc.). Not to mention, Dr. Parvez is also such a kind person. He is the first psychiatrist that I’ve worked with where I feel heard and valued as a fellow human being, checking in on how I’m doing since the last session and taking the time to thoroughly explain things in a way that I understand. I have truly enjoyed working with Dr. Parvez! I transitioned from another practitioner and it's been a great change! I have a very busy schedule and able to conveniently utilize telehealth for my appointments. Truly recommend Dr. Parvez who greatly recognizes the need for more flexible mental health options for patients. Love her friendly nature, comprehension, and flexibility! Will be highly recommending her to friends and family!
