I recently involved Sam in the purchase of a small commercial space. He was thorough, knowledgeable and unbelievably prompt. His report was one of the most comprehensive I've seen. I highly recommend Sam and Silver Lining.

I have seen hundreds of home inspections in the past, and in all my time I’ve never seen a worse example of one and someone that doesn’t know what he is looking at. In an hour and a half he generated a poorly written report and just took pics and didn’t even make comments. He is the epitome’ of an industry gone awry. Stay away from this guy… he’s obviously never even pounded a nail in his life. Nor understands home systems.
