Went by today to get some information and the receptionist wouldn’t let me get in a word. Terrible communication and liars. The last Aid they sent showed up with plastic styrofoam filled with fried chicken, no mask and her scrub pants were hanging off her waist; not to mention she showed up very late. Silver linings apparently do not train their staff well at all, and that includes the dizzy receptionist who lacks focus and talks over your voice as if to build up an argument. They sent me 4 bills in December, one for September, two for October , the 17th and the 20th for two cases of 64 Tena for my Mom that would be 128 per month and then another 64 for November and 64 for the end of September which I had already paid for with another company. First time I received any invoice from them was December and they can't get their billing straight.
