My clients and I had a fantastic experience with Heather and her team. She went the extra mile when my clients couldn't make it to closing on the day of signing and she got everything arranged to meet them early in the morning the next day to get closing to happen before the weekend. Absolutely ridiculous to work with this company for my refinance. They will not accept updated payoff amounts. They mail checks to you, then make you mail your own payoffs, instead of mailing to the creditor themselves, or letting you pay online for a cash out refinance. They do not follow court ordered deadlines. They keep private divorce files. Their wire for a mortgage payoff takes two weeks to go through after funding. They make you mail your own payoff checks, won't accept your own payoffs, and they apparently keep a "divorce file" on you for no reason. Why pay a title company when you have to do everything yourself? Payoff checks ended up late. Uncooperative and unhelpful.
