As an employee, I experienced what my doctor called gaslighting from the owner, Patty. Also received personal insults after not showing up to a shift I provided 24 hours notice for. Guilt tripping to try to get you to work more and she is focused only on her contracts and faking friendly. After working in a professional capacity in social services, this place was a joke.
