Very rude and unprofessional. To be more clear I approached asking what you were doing trimming my trees. You were instantly rude and condescending to me - you had not informed me (the tree owner) or the home owner you were doing the work for that you would be cutting limbs from my trees. I simply asked what you were doing and in a rude and disrespectful way you started telling me about the law. These guys are awesome. Watching John skillfully climb a tree and dismantle limbs is incredibly satisfying. He wields a Stihl expertly, raining branches down which are then dispatched by the Silver Leaf team. It was truly a joy to watch them work and the price was great, too.
Silver Leaf Forestry has been my go-to for tree work since John started it years ago. I can always count on him to know what has to be done and for him and his team to do the work impeccably. Not only do they take down trees with great care, they leave the areas on which they’ve worked immaculate. John and his crew did absolutely incredible work on our property. We have a very tough layout with some weird ravines behind our house and they handled it impeccably. They worked over two days methodically clearing all the trees I was quoted for and more. Thanks to the size of the equipment they had, they were able to work around our septic tank in a way that other larger companies in the area weren’t able to.
