Bought two expensive bracelets in August 2024, while in Vegas. Both broke within 3 days. Sent one back immediately and Vince has not returned me a repaired one or a new one. Terrible service!!!!
At 7:37 on Thursday 2/23/23 I Asked where the bathroom was to the burnet in the Jean jacket and horribly miss fitting leggings where the bathroom was and the younge lady rolled her eyes at me. When I asked again the lady continued to yell at me. All I wanted was directions to the bath bathroom
The girls at the kiosk were very friendly and helpful! I bought my boyfriend a Python bracelet for Christmas, it's handmade and a really cool piece that he loves
Low quality, worst service. I bought a bracelet, very expensive. Thought it’s nice quality. It broke after a day. When I came in they say lifetime warranty. I left it there with all of my contact details and that was the last time I heard from them. Called and email with no response. Disputed the cc company.
