Cassarndra has been amazing with our eldest daughter and her siblings, she consistently goes above and beyond for our family and I can’t recommend Cassarndra and the rest of the team at Silverlake highly enough.
It's a shame I had to write a review. My daughters, 10 and 11, came for a few sessions here for us to suddenly cease hearing from them. I emailed several times for an explanation but we've been completely cut off. Any explanation would have been fantastic as one of my daughter's had already filled out several forms and so had myself and my mother.
