I used to really like this place, but recent experiences left a bad taste in my mouth. They have a special promo online during weekdays. The promo does not mention you need to call ahead of time, or that it has limitations. When I go in though, everybody acts like they never heard of this before. Last time, they just made up a new rule that you need to be one of first 10 people asking about this on the phone which was never mentioned before, so it seemed like they just made it up on the spot. The lady was a bit aggressive but the massage overall was pretty relaxing. Make sure you confirm your strength level before she steps on your back

I booked a 1hr deep tissue massage here through ClassPass and had one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had. The massage itself was below average, but I did not complain and planned to leave quietly. Before I could leave, I was stopped by the front desk and told I was not allowed to leave unless I tipped.
