I moved in 3 years ago and love my apartment. It gets pretty warm on the third floor, corner unit. I like it cool in my apartment so my heat bill is high. Windows are old and will hopefully be replaced. I get to see lot's of wildlife as my apartment overlooks a pond. The pond is overflowing with weeds but that's up to the county to fix. I think that the new owners and Megan and Mike do a great job. Changes take time and money. I think we just need to be patient. Mike has always gotten the job done in the order of urgency. The building is very clean and comfortable and the staff are all willing to answer any questions I might have. 👍👌
The new owners have pulled our management away from our building to go work at another building. Wouldn't be bad but our building is still in need of a full time staff. Many of our residents are in need of repair/replacement items like, one has heart issues and had his air purifier ruined by a water leak from the above unit Silver Lake Pointe still hasn't replaced it. Ninety-six year old is in need of security bar in bath tub, after 5 months still no bar. Very stinky women on second floor stinking up the whole floor. Things ... read more
