This establishment should be evaluated for negligent conduct. I am writing this on behalf of my partner as her advocate. She was diagnosed with an infected abscess and was proscribed antibiotics. This prescription was never sent in by the dentist. Calls were made over several days and she was told that her meds would be sent in each time. They never were.
