Anyone looking to rent an apartment from this particular place should be very careful. Management is non-existing, they will take the application fee and run a credit report without actually reviewing the application -they will just toss it away and say they wanted to contact the applicant (but keep the money). nosey and rude is being nice. i live here and i can't wait to get out! it's a nice place to get on your feet, but once you can, you should move out! yup, no parks, and mgmt doesn't want to kids playing outside the apartments either! and learn to do repairs yourself! the one maintenance guy is pretty much useless. he half does every job unless you are right on his but about it! i've been here about a year and a half, and i still have things from when i moved in that were never fixed! but it is a 2 bedroom for about $600 a mon... read more
I live here and the apartments are ok. The only 3 things are: the mgmt. can be really nosey and rude sometimes, there's no elevator, and no park so all the kids are playing buy the cars but it's an ok place. Nice & cheap!
