Currently a tenant for this place and it’s utterly ridiculous. I’ve always paid my rent on time and when I paid early and it passed the 1st I was given a late fee. The landlord (Karin) has never responded on time and hasn’t been responding to me letting her know that when they inspect my apartment I have a cat that likes to roam outside and has never once responded me to that, or for the late fee I was given to. I was a tenent for 2yr, They have the worst management especially the "Donna" in the office, they need to remodel every apartment and they have the nerve to go up on the rent $850 when it's mold in the bathroom they have the most uncertified maintenance!!! Think twice before moving there
