I have gone to the office several times about the poor condition of our a/c units. The unit in the living room barely works. The unit in our bedroom is filled with mold. I have asked them several times to clean or replace the unit. They have refused each time, and have even told me that the a/c units are just fine and that they will replace them if I pay for the new units. I stopped in today because our apartment is nearly unlivable. They told me to clean the unit in the bedroom so I did . Here are the pictures.
