Kiss your deposit goodbye. Doesn't matter how well you care for or clean the place, or how filthy it was when you moved in. They will keep pretty much the whole thing. You've been warned. Lived here for almost two years. I left because they were double charging for insurance per month and not owning up to it. Claimed RiskRelease should be contacted when they were the ones who set things up with them. It was compliant when I started then suddenly it wasn't, without any notification to me, just extra charges when I was already paying insurance through ePremium.
