Rico with the maintenance team is the best
Do. Not Live in this apartment complex. They are by far the worst management. I moved because they went into my apartment and robbed me of my cash savings. They also stole jewellery. The manager Anna sent me an email telling me that it will be inspected and later my money came up missing. Police have not been able to do their job because of management. She claims she never sent someone and completely gaslit me of the whole situation. Not the only tenant with personal items coming up missing others of my neighbour included. .... read more
I like the location. Good management. Fast maintenances. Drainage system was my big issue.
I like Silver lake apartment specifically building 2316. The carpet in the hallway is always clean and smell good. The people in the office are very approachable and friendly. I hope they can add more washing machine and Dryer. So I don’t have to wait 2 hrs to my clothes in the dryer.Laundry room is my only issue.
Good place to live,I want to thank the maintenance technician Rico for being so nice with us .
