Beware of this company! **Scam**scam**scam $49 app fee per person! $30 pet profile fee per pet (to be completed even if you don't have a pet)!! $99 processing fee! My app never went into processing and I can't get ANYONE to call me back AFTER speaking with two different people and being promised two different times that I would receive a call back regarding my $49 refund. I am on disability and I do not have $200 for every realty for all of these application fees only to be denied in the end! Once I found out about the $30... read more
Carla was recommended to me by someone I trust, and I’m so glad I continued the chain of recommendations by choosing her to help sell my home! That’s when I started having issues. When cleaning I seen... read more
I have tried to rent three different homes. Because I am section 8 I have service animal for myself and my son we have been 100% discriminated against it's easy for people who has cash money to rent homes but if you don't have cash money in your section 8 you don't get one you get refused and look down on. So never pay your fee to this place unless you know your odds are great. I'm still waiting on a phone call from Jeremy the owner
Easy process!! And very professional!
