If you have the choice I would not rent from them. They do not take care of you or hold up to their end of things. Nor do they answer the phone. Ive walked inside to dispute my issue over our apartment being mowed as it was stated part of rent and it has been growing knee high with a mow every month or so. Was given a qr code and told they dont mow properties. This company is a joke.
Zero communication with potential tenants. I was also sent out to a property and provided with a fake door code that almost resulted in an illegal breaking and entering. I’ve called several different phone lines to try to get a hold of these people and they are impossible to contact thus far. Seems like a scam and probably needs police investigation.
If anyone wants to know why the 2 stars. Just ask me personally.
We applied for an apartment and within 30 minutes received a phone call regarding the application. It was mostly all done over text messages after that and the entire process was so smooth and easy. Dude it was so painless and easy to do and that's coming from someone who literally knows nothing about moving in somewhere. Every house we've ever looked at by them has smelled, needed a way better cleaning, was crappy and over priced. Just had a appt scheduled to look at a house this weekend that seems ok judging by the pics, and we thought we'd look at 1 more house by them, now I look and it says it's off market. I don't get no message or anything. That's beyond bs and pathetic. Why did you even accept my appointment to look at it then?? And why only havea house posted for 2 or 3 days then decide to rent it that fast?? They like to ignore also.... read more
