They do a great job. Great customer service. They go above and beyond to resolve any issues.Very convenient where they can email you the receipt so you don’t have to stand there and wait for it. Highly recommend!
I’ve been to this location several times in the past without issue. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I brought in two tank tops to have the straps shortened. During the fitting, the tailor measured the amount to be cut while I was wearing them, and I agreed with the measurement—if anything, I thought we could shorten them even more, but we stuck to the original adjustment. When I came back to pick them up, the straps had been cut way too short—so much so that the tops no longer fit on my body at all... read more
