Does not even deserve a negative 5 stars This company represented our HOA for two years and has not returned over $70,000 in Association funds. Legal action has been initiated and the owner of Silverhome has not communicated with us since October 2024. I would recommend that anyone checking out this company should first research the State Real Estate Board for information on this company and do NOT trust them with ANY of your funds.
Avoid Silver Home Rentals I wouldnât recommend this company to manage my property. They bring in the rent checks, but thatâs it, they didnât âmanageâ the property. Their website says they perform âregular inspectionsâ to avoid costly repairs, but I never received any inspection reports. Because of this company, most of my landscaping has been destroyed. Great Service for 5 years! I am writing this review as an owner of several properties that has been managed for 5 years through Silver Home Rentals. The reason for this review is because I read a review posted by a tenant that rented my home with no truth to it. I inspect my properties after a tenant moves-out; I instruct my Property Manager my concerns and in this case there were concerns I discussed with Margaret Polley. She advised me what their lease provided and what the tenant was responsible for - in this case the ten... read more
Family Home Turned Boarding House I'm not sure of Margaret Polley's methods of choosing tenants, but they appear not to be up to snuff. I live across the street from one of her properties - a 3 BR + den, and 2 bath house. It's filled with (at last count) 5 adults and 1 teenager. She's set up a boarding house in what used to be a quiet neighborhood.
