Their financial staff are horrible. We were told at the beginning of my daughter's stay, that we would be provided with "whatever was needed" to help cover any out of network insurance costs. We received financial aid, bringing the cost from $70k to $25k. Upon discharge, I requested the information that the insurance needed to process the out of network claim for $25k paid.
