Horrible place to live. Diane was one of the managers when I lived here. Probably the worst human I've ever personally met. Moved out right after the lease. Been at my new spot since and have had zero issues. Advice to the ownership group, fire her.
I live here, I really like it but apartments are not wheelchair accessible. Laundry room is on second floor, not very good for someone who becomes disabled.
The managment needs improvement
Per Silver Heights “resident questionnaire” I would NOT recommend this complex. Initially, there were older tenants and a nice family but they all left within the first six months. The below average amenities: outdated wood kitchen cabinets (wood was black under sink areas), old carpets, black carpet beetles, poor quality appliances, cold weather baseboards, windows and wall area drafts, management issues and onsite rec center that is permanently closed.
