WATCH OUT WITH THEIR CUSTOM NAME PLATES!!! Nina/ sales rep.that helped me order my name plate assured me that I was going to get everything I wanted. I get a call for pickup and was put on guard when they asked me to bring in my ID instead of ticket stub with order#. Has me sign receipt received before wanting to show me name plate. She's like yeah but sign this receipt that was suppose to be given to you the last time. OK anyways. Not even close to what we agreed on. Took my loss but wanted to warn the next person.
