Who's ever the office of Today is unprofessional! A tenant shouldn't have to beg for a mail box key( not given ) nor about thier mail. As for as utility Of the contract it seems at first they're responsible but not paying on time. Tenant had items missing and reported to them and Authorities. Nothing was done about it , Ignored Officer never came to hear Tenant side of the Story about car being towed unlawfully.
