Best AC service you can get around here!!! Other services would always tell me that I had to replace the whole unit and spend 8k, whereas Silverfox told me its just a small fix and which parts needed repaired or replacing. To professionalism is lack would be a huge understatement. The person that appears to be the owner is incredibly rude. Never shows up within a the time frame or even the day specified. Rarely returns or answers calls, or voicemail. Have never felt more disrespected.
