My Home Warranty Co. sent Silver Fox to diagnose our broken A/C unit. We had a challenging AC repair in our condo that stumped two other AC companies but Alex sent Artem to do our job and he did it effectively and efficiently. Alex worked well with us even when our home warranty company failed again and again. The gal in the Silver Fox office who scheduled appointments was friendly and helpful.
