All maintenance matters in my couple of months being here were addressed immediately.
The on site apartment manager is great and always quick to respond. The small size of the complex and location is absolutely wonderful. We've lived here for a long time and plan to stay for years to come.
New owners have made living here a nightmare. I'm traped here with no way out. I'm between a rock and hard place. My son died in my apartment and I've asked to move because it's killing me to remain in this apartment. I like the area and all I asked was to move to a vacant apartment harbor group have made it impossible to do that. Rents gone up 200.00, app fee 1,000.00 Waiting list for other apartments one to two years. This company are money hungry and could careless if I have PTSD and anxiety, to bad. Heartless
