I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told that it had been rescheduled without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I notified of this change. In fact, I had previously received a call confirming my appointment, making it reasonable to believe everything was still scheduled as planned. Customer for five years - so far, I've been in good hands with Dr. Reed and once with Dr. Lampa, when Dr. Reed wasn't available. I have a history of retinal detachments so a trusted optometrist is important. As far as ancillary staff, they are usually adequate and occasionally polite and helpful. Don't expect much and you might get pleasantly surprised.
This team is excellent and they use latest technology to compliment their expertise. Appreciate them.
I walked into Silver Falls Eyecare Center late last Friday afternoon with two pairs of VERY crooked eyeglasses and no appointment. The woman there, I believe her name was Sarah, greeted me with a smile and a "No problem!" And not only did she make the crookedness go away, she replaced the uncomfortable nosepads with soft silicone ones -- in mere minutes and at no charge. What great customer service!
