I walked into Silver Falls Eyecare Center late last Friday afternoon with two pairs of VERY crooked eyeglasses and no appointment. The woman there, I believe her name was Sarah, greeted me with a smile and a "No problem!" And not only did she make the crookedness go away, she replaced the uncomfortable nosepads with soft silicone ones -- in mere minutes and at no charge. What great customer service!
I’ve been coming here for check ups and contacts for my whole life and am nothing but impressed and satisfied with the team here!
They are wonderful. I look forward to picking out my new frames every year.
