More planned in the next month. Getting ahead of skin cancer. This is just a freeze procedure. I’ll come back once the next procedure is approved by insurance. It’ll be like getting a bad sunburn all over the head and sideburns. 2X Better to be proactive now than have stuff cut out later. Very pleasant staff.
Amazing great staff and doctor
I was referred by VA Community Care, and was promptly seen for my initial appointment within days rather than weeks/months. I received a thorough explanation of my diagnosis, as well as a referral for treatment. Thank you! 🙏 P.S. It turns out the VA will accept your handwritten prescriptions. I only needed to drop off the script at the local pharmacy for the VA to officially receive the document without relying on fax. 📠
Everything was good until the billing department. They mis-billed my insurance with the wrong code, which I discovered and brought to their attention. Then once they corrected the code, to a less expensive charge, I ended up paying more out of pocket because they wouldn’t make an adjustment on their end like they had with the original code. I even asked kindly if they could before leaving this review. Did their job for them and ended up paying more for it. Leaves me with a bad taste.
Dr. Muse and staff took excellent care of me!
