So glad we started taking my 93 year old Dad to Jason Ling in Newport. Jason is so personable and patient and kind, and always sincerely asks how Dad is doing and what he’s been up to. His assistant (Naomi?) is also super friendly, as is Kelly at the front desk. Thank you all for taking such good care of Dad!
Dr Ling was great, but as an fyi, older women don't enjoy being called "young lady". It's supposed to be playful, but it's like nudge nudge and wink wink. It comes across as condescending.
Excellent
The receptionist is always communicable, upbeat, personable, proficient and pleasant, and "Doctor" Ling is always very proficient in his examination of your skin. Over the past few years he has located and biopsied several sites on my wife that came back as melanoma; and several on me that were precancerous. He has a keen eye and an ability to locate and remove cancerous spots in order to stop them from developing and becoming a much more serious problem.
PA Jason Ling is thorough as he looks head to toe for skin cancer. He takes melanoma especially serious which I appreciate. The staff are all professional and friendly.
